On a very positive note, there has been a steady increase in the number of companies recruiting Royalites every year. Besides focusing on academic rigor, students are engaged in interactive sessions with corporates, industrial visits, workshops on in-demand skills, research paper presentations and are encouraged to participate in management competitions. Regular interactions with alumni are arranged to acquaint the students with situations their seniors faced in the past. In addition to job placement support, RCCR also facilitates internships for students in various Government, semi-government and private organizations which is a part of the course curricula.
