Organizations interested in hiring and offering training opportunities to students of Royal Global University are requested to contact the Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR) with details of Job Profile or Internship/Project work being offered and highlight specific requirements, if any. Upon receipt of the same, executives from RCCR will follow up with respective details of students’ records and make the necessary arrangements for pre-placement talk (PPT), campus visit and help coordinate recruitment exercise on campus.
Every organization is requested to conduct a pre-placement talk to provide the students with opportunity to understand the organization, its work culture, offered job profile, remuneration, posting related details etc. before participating in the recruitment procedure so that they are able to perform to the best of their abilities and intent.
It follows a series of strict norms and policies which is required to be followed by the students. Regular interactive sessions with students for understanding their perspectives and expectations (regarding placement) and appraising them of the current job scenario are conducted.A team member from the placement cell visits prospective organizations to be acquainted with the process and job profile/role expected.
