The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, with a proven ability to manage hostel facilities, ensure student safety and discipline, coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
Candidates with experience in residential student programs, counselling, and emergency management will be preferred.
