Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR) envisages enhancing placement prospects of RGU students through various activities during the academic session.
Our University Placement Services Include:
- Members of the RCCR.
- One faculty placement coordinator from each Department.
- Student coordinators from every department.
- Senior officers of the University (As Advisors/Mentors to the Centre).
The centre continuously endeavours to help students in pursuing their career goals by imparting employment-seeking skills and thereby to attain desired employment. This is accomplished through a strong bond created amongst students, alumni, faculty members and the industry. Royal Centre for Corporate Relations mentors students to the effect that they are industry-ready at the end of their final academic session. The centre is unique in nature as it aims at grooming students ethically as well as in terms of attitude and aptitude, through regular training and interactive sessions. The main objective of this Centre is to make the students ready to face the challenges of the corporate world and to help them in getting placed after completing respective courses.
Activities Undertaken by RCCR

Our University Placement Services Include:
- Strong industry interface whereby potential employers in industry are contacted at regular intervals and recruitment processes are conducted on or off campus as per recruiter’s requirements.
- Internship opportunities in Government, Semi-Government and Private sector Industry/Undertakings as per student’s preference.
- Industrial Visits, field trips and interactive sessions with corporates at regular intervals, as well as training on soft skills, Personality Development and Grooming sessions which cover a wide arena including leadership, teamwork, empathy, time management etc. are also designed for the aspirants.
- RCCR conducts regular mock Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews (PI), online test practices, and Career Counselling sessions for students.
- RCCR arranges interactive sessions of students with RGU alumni so that the current students are inspired by the experiences of their seniors and also receive all necessary support from them in their professional journey ahead.
- To ensure satisfactory induction, members from RCCR visit the worksites of the students to know how the students are performing in their job and thus gather corporate feedback on the students’ performance.
