Capacity Building Session on Internship Engagement and Career Development

GUWAHATI, May 5, 2026: An interactive session on “Capacity Building for Internship Engagement and Career Development” was successfully organized on 5 May 2026 by the Royal School of Business, Royal School of Engineering & Technology, and Royal School of Medical & Allied Sciences in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of The Assam Royal Global University (RGU).

The session aimed at preparing students for the evolving demands of the professional world by equipping them with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence required for successful internship engagement and long-term career growth.

The event featured insightful sessions by industry experts Mr. Keshav Chadha and Mr. Rupam Talukdar from ITC Ltd., who shared valuable perspectives on industry expectations, workplace ethics, and the competencies required to excel in real-world professional environments. Their engaging interaction provided students with a clearer understanding of how to navigate internship opportunities effectively.

Through practical examples and real-life experiences, the speakers highlighted the importance of communication skills, adaptability, professionalism, and a proactive approach in shaping a successful career trajectory.
