The 5th edition of the exhibition was held from 19th to 22nd March 2026 bringing together 50 talented artists and their creative works from across the country. Prabhat is one of the three artists who represented Assam in the grand platform.

Speaking in this context, Prabhat said, “I applied with my creative proposal for the Art of Hope grant. I was selected for this prestigious honour and received Rs 1 lakh from Hyundai to do this project in September 2025.” From Assam, Prabhat Jyoti Gowala, Nayan Jyoti Barman, and Subhash Deka received this national level honour, that consist a Trophy, Certificate and Rs 1 lakh grant.

Prabhat studied fine arts for five years and earned his bachelor’s degree in 2024 from The Assam Royal Global University. At RGU, he was also an AIU National Winner in the category of Art Installation. Currently, he is pursuing his master’s degree in fine arts with a 100% scholarship at Lovely Professional University.

Prabhat’s artwork stood out as an interactive installation, inspired by mythological narratives of Ram and Ravana, beautifully portraying the concept of duality. This piece blends traditional symbolism with contemporary artistic expression, entirely conceived and designed by Prabhat himself.

The Art for Hope Award by Hyundai Motor India Foundation is vital, as it provides financial grants, professional recognition, and a platform for underrepresented, rural, and women artists, as well as those with disabilities. It helps artists build sustainable careers by offering financial support for projects, exhibition opportunities, fostering community, and promoting art as a tool for social impact.
