Programme Overview:

M.Sc. in Geography aims to teach about the physical and environmental geography, human and regional geography, technical geography and behavioral geography. Geography is the only subjects that brings one closest to earth and can help one to know all the phenomena of earth. The course is available with urban, economic and political geography specialization. The course deals with not only the geographical features of India but also the earth’s features and its population. Various fields like study of the features of soil, climate, plantations etc. will be covered in this course. This course will enrich the students about the geography of the world as a whole.

After successful completion of the course a candidate can get job as a forest manager in economic and agricultural fields.
