Programme Overview:

This course is 3-year full time course where students will learn to become expert engineering professionals, by applying technical knowledge, skills along with modern engineering tools to produce novel products. This curriculum incorporates advanced course work and research in engineering for students to think critically for creative and innovative ways to solve technical problems. A student completing this course will gain deeper understanding that will make way for an exciting career. It will also strengthen the root of a student’s research works.

Pedagogy:

Royal School of Engineering & Technology believes in developing strong fundamentals and conceptual understanding of all the subjects. Accordingly, the learning process involves a mix of teaching techniques and self-learning exercises including classroom lecture, case analysis, field studies, seminar, simulations, group project, role playing and independent project These varied teaching styles provide a platform where the students can learn by active interaction in the class as well as through participation in various practical exercises. The curriculum has been developed considering the present and future needs of industry and higher education. Teachers prepare detailed presentations, lab manuals and course files to ensure the effectiveness of teaching-learning process. They are encouraged to undertake projects in various areas of the industry to augment their theoretical learning. The Institute is making a conscious effort to shift from the traditional classroom teaching learning process to a problem based, project-based and scenario based teaching learning process.
